When I perform optimizations, my first and ultimate goal is to reduce latency and input lag — not to increase FPS.

That's why you'll never see me focusing on raising FPS. Of course, higher FPS is important and it does improve significantly — but my primary objective, and what truly sets me apart from other optimizers, is latency reduction.

Technically, anyone could perform these optimizations if they deeply understand what each tweak actually does for every specific system they work on. However, achieving that level of knowledge requires years of experience, experimentation, and a significant amount of time and effort.

How do we get started?
Use our scheduling site to book at your preferred time. You'll receive a Discord / Google Meet link before your appointment automatically.
Will my components be harmed?
No, never. Our priority is safe optimization — no extreme values, no risks. We focus on lowest input latency without touching anything dangerous.
Do I need to format / reinstall Windows?
Not always, but a fresh Windows install does produce better results. We offer packages both with and without a full reinstall — your choice.
Will the optimization wear off over time?
No — simply impossible. BIOS and Windows settings don't change on their own. As long as you don't manually update or change settings, everything stays in place. Open a ticket if you ever need us to check.
Does my hardware warrant an optimization?
If your PC is too old (e.g. GTX 1060 + Ryzen 3600X), we'll tell you honestly and refund your money. Our goal is a real improvement — not to take your money for nothing.
A CS2 patch broke my FPS — what can I do?
Get Valved. On all serious notes — nothing can realistically be done about game-side patches. Optimization applies to your system, not Valve's servers.
How do I contact support?
Only via ticket or email to . Tickets are valid for 30 days after your service. After 30 days, the ticketing portal closes automatically.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes — every customer gets one free reschedule, but it must be requested at least 2 hours before the session. Email . Cancellations under 2 hours are treated as a no-show. If you miss a second call, a €20 charge applies. Missed evaluation appointments are non-refundable.
I need help — what do I do?
Tell me about your concern. During office hours, we'll work together to find a solution. Note: if your Windows, BIOS, or configuration was changed after the session, re-applying optimizations will require a new service charge.
If I choose a full Windows install, is it official Microsoft or a custom OS?
That's completely up to you. I personally recommend a specific custom OS that I and several CS pro players use — it's built for gaming and gives the best results. It's still fully functional for everyday use, but if you do something specific, ask me first just to be safe. Official Microsoft is always an option too.
What do we need before we start?
For a full Windows reset or BIOS update, you'll need a USB stick of at least 16GB. The brand or speed doesn't matter — any basic USB will do.

Refund Policy
No refunds are offered after or during consultation calls. You can cancel any time before your scheduled call. Exception: if your hardware is assessed as too outdated to benefit, a full refund is issued.

Missed Appointments
One free reschedule per customer — must be cancelled at least 2 hours before the session. Notify via email at . Last-minute cancellations under 2 hours count as a no-show. A second missed appointment incurs a €20 charge. Evaluation appointments missed are non-refundable.

If your hardware needs replacement during consultation, we'll assist you again at no extra cost once replacements arrive. No additional fees — however long it takes to resolve the issue.
