The service offered on this website is operated exclusively by a private individual:
- Operator: Adel M. ("the Service Provider", "we", "us")
- Service name: DefaltFPS
- Website: defaltfps.com
- Email: [email protected]
- Nature of service: Online-only, remote PC optimization via live video call (Google Meet / Discord)
- Service area: Worldwide — sessions are conducted remotely with no physical location required
DefaltFPS is operated as a private freelance service. It is not a registered company, GmbH, S.L., or other incorporated entity. Adel M. is solely responsible for all services, pricing, content, and customer relations on this website.
Technical website management: defaltfps.com is designed, built, and technically maintained by Mahzod Media Group, acting solely as a technical contractor with no involvement in service delivery, booking, payments, or customer data. See Section 15 for the full Mahzod disclaimer.
2. Scope & Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing defaltfps.com, booking a session, or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this entire document — including the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of defaltfps.com regardless of country of residence. Where applicable, specific rights for EU/EEA residents are addressed separately in Section 10.
3. Description of Services
DefaltFPS provides remote PC optimization sessions for competitive gaming. Sessions are conducted live via Google Meet or Discord. Services include:
- Quick Consultation (€10) — Diagnosis call, package recommendation, hardware advice
- Windows Tweaks (€45) — OS-level latency optimization, no format required
- BIOS Tweaks (€60) — BIOS-level tuning for minimum input latency
- BIOS + Windows (€70) — Combined BIOS and Windows optimization
- Full Reset Bundle (€80) — Clean Windows install + BIOS + Windows tweaks
- VIP 6-Month Plan (€500) — Ongoing PC maintenance and continuous optimization
All prices are listed in EUR (€). The Service Provider reserves the right to update pricing at any time; the price valid at the time of booking applies to that session.
All optimization settings applied are safe and conservative. No extreme values, overclocking beyond manufacturer tolerances, or hardware-damaging configurations are applied. The Service Provider is not liable for pre-existing hardware faults discovered during a session.
4. Booking & Payment
Sessions are booked via Calendly (calendly.com/contact-defaltfps/30min). A Google Meet link is sent automatically upon booking confirmation.
Payment options:
- PayPal — via paypal.me/realmanito. You must complete your Calendly booking first, then send the exact session amount via PayPal using the same name and email you used on Calendly.
- Other payment methods may be arranged directly via email at [email protected].
Payment is due before or at the time of the session unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Service Provider reserves the right to withhold service delivery until payment is confirmed.
By completing a booking and/or payment, you expressly accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy in their entirety.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of digital services delivered in real time, the following conditions apply:
- No refunds once a session has started. Regardless of payment method, no refund will be issued once the live optimization session has begun.
- No refunds after session completion. Completed services are non-refundable. Dissatisfaction with results that are within the normal scope of the service does not constitute grounds for a refund.
- Hardware exception (pre-session). If, during the initial consultation, the Service Provider determines that your hardware is too outdated to benefit meaningfully from optimization, a full refund will be issued before any paid work begins. The Service Provider's assessment is final in this matter.
- Reschedule policy. Each customer is entitled to one (1) free reschedule, provided cancellation is made at least 2 hours before the scheduled session time via email to [email protected]. A second cancellation or no-show incurs a €20 fee, which may be deducted from a future session payment or charged separately.
- No-show by the Service Provider. In the unlikely event that the Service Provider fails to attend a confirmed session without prior notice, a full refund or free reschedule will be offered at the customer's choice.
- 30-day support included. All paid services (excluding Quick Consultation) include 30 days of post-session ticket support via email or Discord. Support requests must relate to the original optimization work performed.
- Re-optimization charges. If a customer modifies, resets, or undoes the optimization settings applied during the session (e.g. Windows reinstall, BIOS reset), and requests the service again, this constitutes a new service and a new charge applies.
- Referral discounts. Referral discount codes are valid once per customer every 3 months and cannot be combined with other promotions.
To request a cancellation or raise a refund claim, contact [email protected] before the session begins.
6. PayPal Payments & Disputes
Payments via PayPal are subject to PayPal's own User Agreement and Privacy Policy. DefaltFPS does not store or access your payment card details. PayPal processes all payment data independently under their own security standards.
Chargebacks and disputes: Opening a PayPal dispute, chargeback, or buyer protection claim for a service that has been legitimately delivered constitutes a breach of these Terms. The Service Provider reserves the right to contest any such claim by submitting session evidence (screen recordings, logs, communication records). Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to PayPal and, where applicable, to relevant authorities.
If you have a genuine complaint about a session, you must first contact the Service Provider at [email protected] and allow up to 5 business days for resolution before initiating any payment dispute.
